Payment

Payment must be made at the time of making an appointment. We accept credit cards and checks. Please insert the desired amount (xx.xx) and proceed to our Secure Payment Gateway.

Automatic Payments:  If you prefer to not pay at the time of each appointment, you must have a current credit card on file. We will automatically charge your account per our *Billing and Scheduling Policy.

*Billing and Scheduling Policy

Appointments and payments must be made at least 24 hours in advance for all private, group and shared sessions to guarantee a time slot.

·    You may view/schedule appointments and apply payments to your account through our website: www.cchshelp.com.

·      You must provide a current credit card on file for lessons that are not paid at the time of scheduling an appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations. If less than 24 hour notice is given, you will be charged. In emergency cases that are less than 24 hours, if we are able to fill your vacancy your account will be credited.

·     Automatic charges for appointments attended or not cancelled per our above stated cancellation policy, will be made every other week. A detailed account statement will be emailed at that time to the address provided, with a record of all credits and charges.

·    You may submit a written request for a refund of your unused balance at any time. If a credit remains on your account after June 15, 2013 we will automatically send you a refund.
